The Community Action Center - Al Quds University- succeeded through the attorney Mohammad Shihabi in registering the children of lady S.S (Jerusalem permanent resident) and her husband (Y.H) Palestinian and west bank resident. Moreover, we obtained residence permit to the husband. Whereas their life center located in Jerusalem in terms of home,work, and schools, as we submitted the needed evidences to the Ministry of interior affairs.
Mrs. S.S suffered from several problems with the Ministry of interior affairs before dealing with us, as the ministry refused her request and even refused to renewal her identity card. But after our intervention, we forced the ministry to apply law and to confess her life center in Jerusalem, renewal her ID, register the children, and obtain residence permit to the husband.
